What you do

Go outside or stand by the window within 30 minutes of waking up. Allow natural daylight to fall on your face and eyes. No sunglasses. No screen in front of it.

Why it works

The morning light starts your circadian rhythm - the internal clock that regulates everything: cortisol, melatonin, serotonin and therefore also your sex hormones. A dysregulated rhythm (too little light in the morning, too much in the evening) systematically undermines your libido. This Libi-do costs you nothing. It is the basis of everything.
