Hi, I'm Coco.
I am Cornelia Buchmann, psychotherapist, libido biohacker and researcher, nervous system translator and energy coach - from Switzerland, in the Zurich Oberland. As "Coco," I accompany women back into the liveliness of their bodies – individually, in small groups and now with this book.
My path was anything but straight. Chronic pain and energy problems, lost libido, eight therapies - and then the groundbreaking realization: I was looking in the wrong place. The answer wasn't another method, but daily, small moments of enjoyment.
