Abdomen & pelvic floor
“Belly out – feel like it.”
The stomach is the center of the body – anatomically and energetically. Many women chronically hold tension here. A held belly is a blocked body. The abdominal and pelvic floor Libi-dos open this center and awaken the energy where pleasure begins.
Belly out – pleasure
Lie on your back or sit upright. Inhale through your nose and allow your stomach to fully bulge forward. No retraction. No control. Watch what changes.
Most women chronically breathe shallowly and keep their stomachs tucked in - for aesthetic reasons or due to unconscious body stress. This compresses the solar plexus, blocks diaphragmatic breathing, and decreases parasympathetic activation. A soft, free stomach immediately activates the vagus nerve - the main nerve of relaxation and connection - and opens the way to body awareness.
- 1Place one hand on your stomach and one on your chest
- 2Inhale - the stomach hand should rise, the chest hand should remain calm. Breathe in with the affirmation "I allow myself...", breathe out with the affirmation "I let go."
- 3Allow the stomach to bulge forward – no pulling in
- 4Breathe out slowly - your stomach sinks back gently
- 5Repeat this consciously for 10-15 breaths
This Libi-do works everywhere: in the office, on the S-Bahn, while cooking. Set a silent alarm as a reminder.
This category contains a total of 12 Libi-dos - the preview above shows you one of them to get you started. You can find all complete instructions, type recommendations, adaptogens and protocols in «Lustwärts».
