Move your body so that you sweat slightly. This can be anything: dancing in the kitchen, a quick walk, trampoline, yoga, swimming. The key: sweat and joy at the same time.
Exercise that causes sweating increases dopamine, serotonin and DHEA – precursors to sex hormones. It regulates cortisol, improves body image and breaks down body fat that stores excess estrogen. Regular exercise also improves body image and self-confidence - both essential for libido.
